I recently stayed at Tropical Village for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the spaciousness of the room was a pleasant surprise. The small shared pool in the courtyard was the perfect place to cool off after a day of exploring. The kitchen was well equipped and had a large size, although the broken refrigerator was a minor inconvenience. The private porch with furniture was a lovely touch, and being surrounded by lush greenery made it feel like a hidden oasis. The modern bathroom and well-maintained amenities added a touch of luxury to the stay. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the vibrant Duvall Street and the famous Mallory Square.
I can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

The pool was nice and clean, great for relaxing and taking a refreshing dip. It was also conveniently located close to downtown, making it easy to walk to Duval Street and Mallory Square. Additionally, the hotel had a security presence, which made us feel safe during our stay.
The maintenance and housekeeping at this hotel were lacking. The internet connection was inconsistent, and there were issues with leaking refrigerators and non-functioning lamps and clocks.

The location of the hotel was great, with key attractions like Duval Street and Mallory Square within walking distance. The hotel had a nice pool area that was clean and well-maintained. The rooms were equipped with modern amenities, including a tiled bathroom and a well-appointed kitchen.
The cleanliness of the rooms was a letdown. There were stains on the couch and the blanket was stuck together, which was quite off-putting.
